I became a patient at Family Back and Neck Care Centre in January of 2009. I was experiencing severe pain in my lower back and neck. This pain was keeping me from turning my head to the left and made it very difficult to get in and out of my vehicle. After only three days of treatment I noticed improvement. My pain has been fully relieved with chiropractic care. Now I have no problem turning my head to the left or right and can get in and out of my vehicle without any problems. I have notice I now have full range of motion in my back and neck area. The doctors at Family Back and Neck Care were friendly, conscientious, and caring. The staff appears to be very competent, personable, and concerned about my condition. more

I have scoliosis that began giving me pain around 1998. My right hip was giving me pain when standing, I would get migraines every two to three months, and my lower back would also go out regularly. I tried doing yoga 2-3 times a week to stretch and strengthen. With yoga I got immediate relief, but the pain regression was back by the next day. When I began coming to Family Back and Neck Care Centre, I had pain relief immediately. Besides being more aware, my flexibility is much better and I am able to be much more active. I can walk, hike longer, and standing is much more tolerable. Having relief from pain has helped everything including my yoga practice. My sense of hope is one of the greatest benefits. My neck and back pain came on about 8 weeks ago. The pain in my neck was so severe and unbearable, I was frantic for relief. I was 5 days away from a 20 hour plane trip and 3 ½ week vacation to Japan that I was afraid I would not be able to make because of how awful I felt. For 4 years I tried shots, surgery, and weeks of therapy – all to no avail. At the worst point I was missing almost 2 days of work a week. In the last month I have gone from several hours in bed with ice or heat (for only temporary relief) resulting also in depression, to a normal and active life free from pain. I was thrilled to be able to carry my own backpack and luggage all over Japan. I haven’t felt this fantastic in years. I have the mobility to return to my favorite activities of hiking, walking, canoeing, dancing, jazzercise, and producing art. I didn’t realize that hurting so bad could affect my life so negatively. Even my mood is great. No depression, no pain, no complaints – just amazement. The doctors were very informative as to what the problem was and what they could do to give me relief. The results were amazing. The ladies in the office and therapy room are always cheerful, kind, helpful and friendly. I appreciate coming into their smiling faces and genuine sincerity.
