I've worked with Derek and Steve probably around 40 times in the past few years. Every time they have come through 100. They do a lot of our flood restoration, carpet cleaning. I have not had a complaint from any of my customers. They do a fabulous job. They are very responsive on time, time is always an issue when it comes to this type of stuff. Plus, they are around 7 days a week, which is rare. more

Awesome! 6/10/2013

We have been a customer for 6 years and we hire Steam King for all of the rehabs that we do. When a tenant leaves, we do repairs and get the carpets cleaned. We always call Steam King. They always stand by their work. If something doesn't come out, they come back for free. They do the job in a very timely fashion. They will work odd hours if necessary to get the work done on time. I can always count on them. People should know that they are also licensed for flood and fire damage situations. They do an awesome job. I recommend them all the time. more

Steam King comes highly recommended 2/2/2012

Steam King has been cleaning my carpets for several years now. They have done numerous jobs over the years and I have been very satisfied with their work. If they miss a spot they are very willing to come back and make it right. I also had a flood in one of my apartments and they were there within an hour with the right equipment to dry out the carpet. Derek, the owner, was very good to work with. He helped us through the insurance process. I would highly recommend Steam King. more

Best Carpet Cleaners around 11/28/2011

I had several pet stains and other spots I needed removed. I had my carpets cleaned by other cleaners and were not able to get the stains out. more
