I stopped in to this dealership looking to trade my truck for a used car. As I browsed the used inventory, a sales guy came up and greeted me. No pressure, just seeing what I was looking for. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was looking at. We took it for a drive and once we got back I knew it was the car for me, but the whole time the salesman NEVER pressured me. He was just great! I got a great deal on my trade and the finance guys were great too. Overall, it was a fantastic buying experience. I was hesitant to deal with car salesman, but will definitely go back there for my next car. What a great experience!! more

Very Pleasant Experience 10/24/2011

Seriously the best car buying experience! I was greeted pretty promptly by a very nice girl and a salesman. I was looking for a used altima and honestly didnt think i would find one that fit into my budget. The staff at Star were very courteous. They helped my pick the best car for me, and made the whole experience delightful! My salesman even called me the next day to make sure everything was going well and to see if i had any questions! Thank you Star Nissan! You should change your name to FIVE STAR nissan! more

Top Notch sales staff! 10/21/2011

My wife and i purchased our Brand new Chevrolet tahoe At Star Chevrolet in Greensburg. What a great experience! The salesman showed us the vehicle, let us drive it and gave us good payments. The next day he called to Thank us for giving him the opportunity to show us the vehicle! Then later, a manager also called to make sure we were treated well and all our questions were answered! With no Pressure! i would recomend everyone give Star a shot before they purchase! Plus Lifetime Free Oil Changes on top of that! Highly recomended! Wonderful Experience! more

Don't do business with Star Nissan 9/22/2011

I bought a used Nissan Sentra for my son at Star and was told this car was in great shape, within a month of owning this car I had to replace the engine in it and when I called up about this problem they said ""oh well you didn't buy the extended warranty"" I was also told that all the scratches were being buffed out to make it look better and the first time it rained, the colored wax that they used came off and exposed all the scratches I was told were taken care of. The General Manager, Manager and Service Manager were VERY rude and didn't care after they had already sold me this piece of crap. I would NEVER go back there, I would rather drive down to Kenny Ross before I would go back there. more
