I found a used vehicle on-line there that I thought looked good, so I decided to check it out. When I looked at it, I could not believe how dirty the inside was and how much stuff was broken/missing on this vehicle for the price they were trying to selling it for. I went home and thought it over for a week, in the mean time looking elsewhere.
I got a quote on my trade in at another dealership and I did my research on the value of the vehicle I was looking at. I found out that the vehicle had been marked up a lot, more than $2,000 than what it was really worth. When I called them to set up a meeting they wanted to know over the phone what my trade in was, they got the bare minimum of information about it and came back with a quote of more than 3X less than what the other dealer quoted.
We argued about it and he said there was no way it was worth that (mind you he had never seen it and didn't know about the majority of the features it had) but he was adamant that he was right. Then he wanted to know the vehicle I was looking at and I told him. He wanted to know what price I was thinking and I told him the price it was worth, to which he basically responded like I was a crazy person. He told me they WOULD NOT accept anything less than what the sticker was and there was also no way my research could be accurate.
But unlike them, I saw the vehicle, I spent days assessing the worth based on what I saw and the features listed on their website, not the 5 minutes they used based on 4 points out of around 20.
Too bad they had to lose a customer because they weren't open minded and thorough, but I'm never going back there again.
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Really poor customer service, way over priced
