Never Going Back to this store! we bought a printer/scanner/copier there b/c it came with all of the ink cartridges. the price was better this way so we were convinced to buy it at staples. well, the joke was on us b/c the ink was only a ""sample"" cartridge! yeah, they don't tell u that. we were completely out of ink in two days. we took the cartridges back to the store and the lady informed me those were just samples; now I have to spend another $75! furthermore, she threw away the ones I took in so now we have nothing. I called them and was told I should have gotten the photo black cartridge back b/c the printer will not work w/o it. now I will have to pay another $20 for that! I will never walk into this place again. not even for a staple!
