They have a wonderful, caring and friendly staff of employees from the receptionists, to the doctors, to the cashiers that check you out. You are required to pay your co-pay before you leave, but they will bill your insurance for you. They have a great waiting area with lots of toys & magazines to keep everyone busy. The only down side would be the waiting time. I think they were running late every time I had an appointment. Not only do you have to wait in the waiting area, but also once you get your room.
