HORRIBLE customer service! Scheduled an appointment 5 days in advance only to come into ""salon"" at scheduled time and wait 35 minutes because my stylist was not told I was there. Meanwhile, the other ""stylist"", Becky, who was aware that I was there did not have the decency to tell Keena I was waiting for her. When you call to schedule an appointment you may well be told to call a cell phone number to schedule your appointment. VERY BIZARRE! Prices were not reasonable enough to justify the EXTREME rudeness and severe LACK of customer service.
