The next best thing to going to the beach! This kinda seems like you are swimming in a real ocean since there are actual waves. The picnic area is huge and it is also very well shaded. The beach area is big and the sand area is much larger than that at Fairhaven Beach. They also use nets in the water to eliminate any uneccesary seaweed from coming into the shore, so there is no seaweed to interfere with your swimming enjoyment. It is beautiful here.
