Good: The place is fairly new. Everything you would want in a new apartment home. Easy access to stores and hwy-40.. Bad: The tenants that live here are of the worse in all apartment complexes that Ive been with. The office does nothing about them or keep them in check. Fireworks have been blown up in the stairwell, cops have been called on the same people over and over, but the office does nothing about it. Everyone gets away with anything. An unfortunate mishap could only open there eyes. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen.. Improvements: Better people who would actually do their jobs in protecting innocent people who do no bother to others. Great tenant service would very much be appreciated.. Other: The maintenance workers are the best, the office employees should learn from them..
