On a Sunday afternoon, three weeks ago, I was fortunate to have you respond to my urgent message for assistance in a dental emergency. At the time the left side of my jaw was giving me am astonishing amount of pain. You suggested that it was due to a bacterial infection and recommended I contact my personal physician and ask him to prescribe pain killer and antibiotic. I did so; the pain was greatly reduced; and early in the week an appointment with my regular dentist confirmed your diagnosis. What is more, you were the only return call I received that day (Sunday) from the five calls I made to dental emergency numbers. One number was disconnected. A second number brought a call back the following day. The other two numbers have never responded to this day. Thank you for responding.
