I recently purchased a new car touch screen system and was very happy with the service. Annie couldn't have gone out of her way more to assist me. She took her time to go over all the details of my new system, even staying late to make sure everything was up and running correctly. Everyone at the office was friendly and the installation went very smoothly. I am very happy with my new system! ~Mary, Newtown more

Knowledgeable staff 4/12/2006

The store carries most of the major brands of big screen TV's and high end audio systems. The sales associates have a very good knowledge about the various products. They are very friendly and helpful. They advise you on products according to your needs. The cost of electronic items is more expensive than other retail stores or on the internet. more

Very Helpful 9/8/2005

We were looking for a remote car starter and went to Sounds INcredible and their sister store down the street. They ended up putting a great one in my husbands car (costly) but were even helpful with my remote for one that we did not have put in with them. We had one issue with the installation, which they immediately corrected, at no charge. They didn't even charge me for the batteries for my remote, which are not cheap. more

Entertainment System 7/20/2005

I purchased an entertainment system for my home there and found the store to be of much higher quality than any of the chain stores. It is owned by local residents and they are always donating money back into the town. Personal service and good quality of items - highly recommended. more
