First, when I contacted this shop over the phone the guy on the other end had no customer service skills what so ever. My questions were answered with quick, yes or no answers and when I wanted him to go into more detail he quickly caught an attitude.\r \r What question would have prompted such poor customer service? I asked if he could explain the process of heating up heat moldable boots. Which he replied ""Sir I'm not going to teach you how to do this over the phone so you can do it at home""\r \r At first I thought, sure I can understand wanting to make a few extra dollars. So I gave him the benefit of the doubt and stopped by his shop for his expertise in molding my boots to my foot for the best fit.\r \r This hack then threw my expensive boots in his ez-bake oven, brought them both out at the same time and dropped them at my feet. I asked where his toe caps were and he said 'what do you need those for?' So while I cram my nuked boots on my own feet he tells me to walk around the store to loosen em up.\r \r Apperently this guy has no cluse what he is doing, but instead of acknowleding his own lack of expertise he proceeds to tell me ""I don't know why you're heat molding your boots if you don't have a problem""\r \r Maybe I'm heat molding my boots because like I already told you, they were super tight, and heat molding them will conform me to my feet, but enough already I'm not going to teach you how to do your job @$$Clown. Continue hacking up everyone's expensive snow equipment until you happily go out of buisness\r \r Avoid at all costs! If you need anything, get it at a pro shop on the mountain. I had asked them to bevel my base edge 3 degrees, but after having to explain that process to him 3-4 times I decided I'd be better off letting my little sister rub sand paper over my edges then let this guy touch my board.\r \r Pros: Only snow shop near my house Cons: Worst Winter Sports Shop I've ever been to more
