i don't what this other reviewer is talking about. this is the best dentist i've ever had. it's hard to find a dentist you trust. my fear was not just pain, but that i'd get ripped off. guess what?...no pain, and they went over the cost with me before ever doing any work. the dr. was knowledgeable, and i appreciated his honesty. the office was clean, high tech, and i was seen on time. the staff was helpful and courteous. wonderful experience!!! I would not recommend this dentist to anyone in need of dental care that requires time and individual attention with the dentist. If you need dental work that requires communicating with your dentist or involves follow up concerns on behalf of your care, this is NOT the dentist for you. After working on my dental problems a couple of visits later the dentist told me that he was not the kind of dentist who has the time to deal with patient concerns. He said he did not have the time to cater to me. This dentist prefers more of an assembly line type of environment, and I was very offended when he decided he did not have time for a patient like me. I asked general questions regarding my treatment. He took it personally and advised me that it would be best that we part ways.
