I was referred to Simone's Closet and thought it ws great. The first impressions of the mother daughter team were wonderful and after a few suggestions, they assured me the dress would be beautiful. I confided in them and decided it was worth almost $500. That was the FIRST mistake! Mind you, this was almost 3 months in advance and I am a size 00 requesting a simple PLAIN white dress. Now 3 months later it is a COMPLETE disaster. She hadnt even started the dress and when I went to the fitting it was pieced together! SECOND MISTAKE! At the final fitting the dress did not fit and the seemingly charming mother and daughter team turned ugly and told me it was my fault it didnt fit and they would have to make a whole new dress that was by no means what I wanted. THIRD MISTAKE! How is that my fault?! It is unheard of to make a dress too small for a size 00 (they had all the measurements, they're just flat out bad). My senior prom is 2 days away and now Im stuck with a dress that is 2 sizes too small, way too expensive, not to proportion, see through, and definitely NOT what I wanted. Needless to say, Simone's Closet has made this experience and my senior prom, a nightmare. FORTH MISTAKE!
Oh and did I mention that when we called to complain Simone herself hung up on us?! Yea, that great business....NOT. Find somewhere else because this business should have their liscence revoked! So dissapointed.
