I just got done writing a hour long review of how much I despise this place, but I accidently closed it somehow. Whatch'ya gonna do?
Here's the summary of what i wrote:
Pros and Cons (you'll know which one is which)
(I) WAITING ROOM - I find the waiting room well up kept, and trust me they've done a lot of changes since 2008! Comfy chairs to sit in at the lobby, while watching T.V. or reading magazines during the wait. The place just has an overall sense of cleanliness. GREAT ATMOSPHERE!
(if that makes sense)
(II) THE STAFF - The staff are generally personable and (the receptionist) will try to help you comprehend something that you don't fully understand.
(paper work, payments, etc.)
(III) WATING - HMMMMM... what could I possibly say about the approximate wait time? I'll give you a true exampe:
[9:30 am] may not be the accurate time but this occured
(1) my appointment started at let's say 9:30(time?)
(a) I got there at 9:25 A.M.; hoping i could get in early
(b) 15min(s) go by and I walked up to the counter and asked if I had the right time, she said I did but the doctor was busy at the moment.
(c) Another 20min(s) go by, and I finally get to see my doctor. So they bring back there and I have to wait in a patients room where the doctor checks on you.
(d) Another 40mins have gone by now, [there at SSI] and at this point I'm about ready to lose my mind. Finally a doctor (not Dr. Silverton) shows up and asks basic questions about my acne and all that. So he prescribes me some meds. His total evalutation took about 2-5 min.
(IV) DR. SILVERTON - when you ask for a certain doctor (Dr. Silverton,) you should get that doctor (Dr. Silverton,) right? But you usually don't. I've been there 6+ times now and everytime, I've had a new doctor, who tells me to do something different. I believe in order for a treatment to work you need one doctor monitor your progress so he can evaluate on that to make you better instead of getting different doctors to choose/alter the meds you take.
IT'S BULL CRAP
Sincerely,
Josh Monroe
P.S. You've accomplished nothing for me, you've failed!!!
(keep in mind that these things I write are MY experiences, what I write may not actually happen to you, I'm just sharing my personal experiences with you, so you can make a decicision of wheather of not you would like to go to SSI) Everything I write actually occured.
