Heart thumping music, well choreographed routines, and a club atmosphere are just some of the ways we accomplish this! Whether you are in pre-school or a senior citizen, we have a variety of classes to choose from to help you attain your fitness goals!


    Shore Fit Club has something for everyone, offering several Zumba classes, Yoga for Beginners, TRX suspension training, Boot Camp, Pilates, and Les Mills Body Pump! Adults, children, families, singles, and couples can all find classes that will result in a great workout and a great time!


    We take great pride in making our members and our community energetic about fitness and well-being. We are passionate about supporting local and national causes in addition to helping our members look great, feel great, and have fun while doing so!

    Zumba,Zumba Gold,and Zumbatomic classes feature exotic rhythms set to high-energy Latin and international beats. Before participants know it,they’re getting fit and their energy levels are soaring! There’s no other fitness class like a Zumba Fitness-Party. It’s easy to do,effective and totally exhilarating,often building a deep-rooted community among returning students.

    BODYPUMP™ is the original barbell class that strengthens your entire body. This 60-minute workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats,presses,lifts and curls. Great music,awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

    TRX Suspension Training™ is a revolutionary method of leveraged bodyweight exercise that builds power,strength,flexibility,balance,mobility,and prevents injuries,all at the intensity you choose. Born in the Navy SEALs,Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength,balance,flexibility and core stability simultaneously. It requires the use of the TRX® Suspension Trainer™,a highly portable performance training tool that leverages gravity and the user’s body weight to enable hundreds of exercises for every fitness goal.Body Express™ is a 30 minute workout,hitting all muscle groups utilizing TRX,barbells,and step workouts. A great taster class that will still get your heart rate up!Yoga is an hour long,mind,body and soul stretching and strength building exercise.

    Maddog Spin™ and Spinning™are the global leaders in indoor cycling training,education and equipment. Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals,the Spinning program deliver a personalized workout,incredible calorie burn and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace.

    Boot Camp is a 60 minute full body workout combining strength training,aerobics,and conditioning into a circuit,no more than three minutes per station!

    Cardio Kickboxing is a high energy,aerobic workout. Kick and punch away your stresses to today's most popular music!Pilates is a balanced development of the body through core strength,flexibility,and awareness in order to support efficient,graceful movement.

    Reservations are recommended for Spin,Body Pump,and TRX. Reservations for members will be accepted via online reservation system,or via phone after 6pm the night before am classes and after 6am the day of the class.
