Awesome service 9/6/2011

I wanted to take the time to tell you how pleased I am with Fidelity Locksmith. I called FIDELITY and explained I needed a re-key. In about a 1/2 hour Matt called and said he was on this way. He was here within a few minutes. I explained what I needed done and he went right to work. It took about an hour or so but he finished all the work including the key cutting. He also went over all the things he had to replace from the last guy, i.e. tumbler pins etc. that the last locksmith had done wrong. He didn't charge for this he just fixed it. Will I call Fidelity Locksmith in the future you bet I will and I will be sure to ask for Matt. He's the best!!! Thanks again Fidelity and thanks again Matt for being professional, courteous and really caring about my families safety and security. more

I found Fidelity to be excellent in Service. They were very informative offering to explain everything he did prior to installation and after. Mat went the extra mile in checking our other locks in the hour to make certain that they were in proper working order. Mat came to our home at the agreed upon time and called prior to coming. I will call Fidelity again and would recommend them to anyone who wants a Professional Locksmith in every sense of the term ""Professional"". more

Honest Company and Great Employee!! 8/26/2011

Freddie was awesome! I hired him to re-key my friend's newly purchased house. He called when he was near and got here within the quoted time frame. He was VERY professional and the quote I received from Fidelity was actually the price I paid. He also showed us some important safety tips to keep the vacant house secure and even noticed a couple of our windows were unlocked -- he locked them and then walked through the house to make sure the rest were secure. Freddie was very personable, efficient and professional! I will use them again and recommend them to everyone! Thanks, Freddie (and Fidelity for hiring such a professional employee)! more

Impressed! 8/26/2011

When we recently purchased a home and wanted the locks changed, we found Fidelity and I'm so glad we did. I called and got an appointment immediately. The service man showed up and went about the task of getting those locks changed. He even fixed a couple of doors that opened out and made them more secure with no extra charge. He also had some great advice for us. I would highly recommend Fidelity Locksmith. They did a great job and Im satisfied to say the least. more

Wonderful Service! 8/24/2011

This is the second time I have used Fidelity Locksmith and while I hope I don't have any more work, I would call this again for sure! This time they were able to schedule me same day and Steven came oand made great suggestions and gave us some security tips too. We are new to the area and really appreciate going the extra mile to satisfy the customer! more

Excellent Service and Quote 8/24/2011

So, I Just bought a house and needed locks changed. Matt provided quote over the phone and scheduled the lock changes. Was on time and provided some extra explanations for the garage which were very helpful. He finished changing locks in about an hour and final bill was exactly what was quoted. I would definitely use FIDELITY Locksmith again, so easy to use! more

Service Doesn't Get Better Than This 8/22/2011

I had fairly simple job (re-keying my home) that needed to be done. After calling one locksmith and waiting 24 hours (and counting) without a return call, I found Fidelity Locksmith. I dialed once and spoke to an actual person who sounded professional, scheduled the appointment with just a two-hour time window and I hung up feeling confident. On the day of the appointment Matt called me, well in advance of the appointment time and then showed up right on time. He was informative and professional. He pointed out some general security issues that made him not one dime but made me a permanent customer and huge fan. Pricing was fair and the whole experience restored my faith in skilled craftsmen. I own a national company with an A+, BBB rating and I?d recommend Fidelity Locksmith and Matt to anyone in the market for locks and security. more

Fidelity was great!!! 8/22/2011

I couldn't have asked for a better service or price. The service technician went for above what I expected. This would be Matt. I left my wife alone while I was at work and even she was very impressed with the service. Had the entire house rekeyed and couldn't be happier. Matt did a wonderful job at a great price. I highly advise to call these guys. more

Quick Response, Reputable 8/18/2011

Pleasant, professional and they know their business! Needed a lock fixed (non-emergency) and they got right out to me. Not cheap, but they didn?t try to up sell you and there aren't any hidden fees. Everything you need is ""on the van"" and they answer questions directly and intelligently! We would confidently recommend them. The tech they sent, Alex G., was polite, helpful, and proficient. If all the employees at Fidelity are like Alex (certainly the guys answering the phone were great), they are fortunate indeed! more

Excellent Service 8/18/2011

I purchased a home with an AMSEC floor safe. Fortunately I called Fidelity and spoke to NICK who ordered a hydraulic lift for the door and sent Freddie to the house for a combination change. Freddie was very thorough and also fixed some previous damage to the deadbolt. I thought the work was well done and Freddie completely cleaned the lock and dial. I would only use fidelity for future locksmith repairs. more

Fidelity Locksmith 8/11/2011

I talked to Rosie at the recent Home Show about door locks. She recommended Fidelity Locksmith. Today I called Fidelity and talked to Nick and Steven. They were very helpful, and were able to send out a tech, Gary, today. He was very knowledgeable and answered my curious questions & demonstrated with my old deadbolt lock & compared it to a new, stronger, high security lock. I feel much safer now and am happy that I got Rosie's recommendation and had Gary with Fidelity Locksmith come out to my home and install a new deadbolt lock. The value of feeling safer and more secure, whether at home or away is priceless! more

I used Fidelity Locksmith to re-key the locks on my rental property. Scotty did a great job. He was on-time and efficient and the cost was exactly what I was expecting without any sudden surprises. I will definitely use Fidelity Locksmith again in the future. more

Terrific! 8/10/2011

Fidelity arrived within 10 minutes of me calling to make an appointment. Rather than replace the hardware on two of my doors as another locksmith had insisted must be done, Tom with Fidelity Locksmith repaired it for a fraction of the cost in about half an hour. He also threw in a couple free keys and all with a smile. Highly recommended!! more

Great service and quick professional quality work! Perry showed up in 20 minutes. I had broken off a key in a deadbolt lock on a steel gate. He replaced the bad quality cylinder and cut new keys in 25 minutes. Highly recommend! more

Not Just a Locksmith 8/9/2011

Not only did Fidelity Locksmith re-key my house, but they fixed potential security issues in it as well. He was extremely knowledgeable and showed me ways to increase security in my house beyond just changing the locks. He was very professional and thorough. I highly recommend this business. more

My Locksmith SAVED ME 8/5/2011

When I recently locked myself out of car I was panicked. What the heck was I going to do? How was I going to get in my car? My friend suggested I call a locksmith and texted me the number for fidelity locksmith. I am so glad that she did?They quickly arrived at my location to let me in. They opened my car door quickly at a reasonable price and left me 25$ off my next emergency. I was impressed. more

Service Completed with a Smile 8/5/2011

I called to have my van key made as I am a youth pastor and needed it to take the kids on a convention trip. Fidelity was here in less than an hour and had the key re-made. He went above and beyond what was expected and I would highly recommend. He also cut me a second key for a fraction of the price, all with a smile?.. Talk about professionalism. more
