Based on another review, I went to Sher-e Punjab - tempted by fabulous Samosas and Chicken Tikka. True, these are as good as the review. Hot sauces are hot.
However, when I ordered the Chef's Special platter with a sampling of everything I like - it was a bit of a disappointment. The lamb dishes were way over cooked, and one of the chicken dishes had been made inedible.
The manager was most gracious and took it off the bill. The service was prompt and efficient - no fault there.
Perhaps an off night. I'll give them a chance next time I am in town.
