This place is horrible. The first visit should've been a red flag, but i like to give people the benefit of the doubt. Where should i start...... Well the visit with the doctor wasn't that bad, however; his office manager, sales rep, and receptionist are from the pits of hell. These people are not only thieves they are also liars. These people allowed one of their workers to steal my glasses and still expected me to pay for them. They reordered my glasses without my consent and lied to the BBB and my bank on what really happened and why i did not want to further communicate with them. I also found out they over charged me. Patty i believe that's her name.....told me that my insurance does not cover my frames each year.Hmm....come to find out they do. So you all over charged me why?..... One of the reps that was standing behind Patty on the day i was choosing my glasses told me and my fiance that she got the same glasses. So tell me why when she quit....and the glasses got missing? Hmm..... Instead i kept getting phone calls asking me did i pick up my glasses...negative. They do not have me on camera or signing for my glasses, so why are you calling me about my glasses. Instead of trying to cover the last girl that was there. Just tell me that glasses are missing, apologize, talk to me like you have some sense on the phone, try to use your so called customer service skills. Instead Patty yelled at me on the phone (while my co-worker is sitting right beside me, which was embarrassing). I will not ever in my life ever come to this place again. If you want your money and merchandise to be stolen....you have found the right place.
