My boyfriend and I were looking to buy an '09 Camry. we went to Sierra Toyota in Lancaster(which I be writing a horrible review about) and they gave us such a hard time and were completely rude. I decided to call Hamer and Frontier(in Valencia) to see who could get us the best deal. Hamer won! we were able to get the car we wanted and it is an SE with rims for the amount we wanted to pay. when we went for our 5,000 mile check up, they were so nice and genuine. I admit service is pricey as I will never pay $70 for an oil change(when I can do it myself for under $20), but we've been eyeing the Venza and Hamer will definitely get our business! more

Nilo has been exceptionally great throughout my decision making of purchasing a new car. He answered every question I had, called other dealers to see if they had other prius color options, and he made the whole process go exceptionally smooth! This is the third time my family and I have purchased a car through Nilo because he has such great customer service and he always goes out of his way to please us. Nilo seems to work with the concept "paycheck from the heart" because he is so courteous, friendly, outgoing, and a hard worker. more

I drove all the way from redlands ( San bernardino county) to buy my new scion tc from skip Reese. Due to my needs for special financing ( recent BK) no one would work with me in my area. Skip was amazing! He was not going to let me walk away w/o this car. His attitude was caring, compassionate and most of all he was sincere and honest and aim talking about a car salesman :). I will drive from now on an hour and a half away to buy from hamer due to the complete lack of hassle and true concern for my needs. Thank you again Skip! You will see Chris and I again!!! more

My earlier review gave Hamer 4 stars. After the last week, they get upgraded to all 5. Dave, the general manager at Hamer, contacted me regarding my review. He wanted to know more about my experience buying a car so he could work with his staff. Not many businesses reach out and listen to customers concerns. I had been researching the Prius for a while and I finally bought one from Hammer. I used the American Express car buying tool to find the lowest price and Hammer was it. Jim emailed me back and was always responsive to my questions. The Prius was moving fast because of gas prices, so I had to move fast to get the last one in the color and style I wanted. Jim stayed late to get everything done and was very attentive while we were there. I did not feel pressured at all and everyone was upfront on any costs. I am glad I used the AMEX tool so I didn't have to spend a lot of time haggling. I would purchase another car from Hammer. more

I came to the dealership fully aware that I have a bad credit score. At first, I was shooting for cars that are beyond what my CS could allow! Marylou, Matt and the team worked out a feasible offer making sure that after the process, I shall not go home empty handed. As a result, I was informed of possibly getting a 2010 Toyota Corolla S model. On the final day of the negotiation, I was given the great surprise of getting the 2011 TCS model!!!Highly commendable also is the return of my cellphone I left in one of the cars I test-drive. Finally, I could say that my experience with Hamer Toyota has been greatly successful! I am grateful to being helped with people who are efficient, effective and honest! more

2nd car purchased in less than a year. Both times i did my dealer price comparison and both times Steve Denson from Hamer Toyota gave me the lowest price. i suggest you do the same and call a few dealers before purchasing and chances are you will end up buying from Steve at Hamer more

A pleasant, straightforward experience. Mr. Denson, my salesperson, was respectful and considerate and at no time did I worry that I would be taken advantage of. There was a decent selection of new cars on the lot, and it took me less than fifteen minutes to find the model I wanted. more

Regarding buying a car, I have never had a more positive experience than with my purchase last Saturday with Hamer Toyota. The sales rep., Reno was informed, professional, courteous, friendly, and very honest. My son, who assisted me, was very much impressed as well. Eddie, in the business office, had been called in on his day off. Despite the fact he had just arrived, he was extremely welcoming and helpful, and again, knew exactly what he was doing and reviewed everything I needed to know, in a thorough manner and timely fashion. I appreciated the help of these employees, and the friendly demeanor of the entire Hamer staff. more

Steve Denson really makes car buying a pleasant experience. We just bought a 2011 Prius, our third vehicle from Hamer Toyota with Steve's help, and each time he did all he could to help us get the vehicle we wanted, at a good price. Very professional and courteous. First time having a very good experience at a car dealership.There was no pressure and he was always there to check if i needed anything. He also was nice went to my house so i could get papers for my loan. and the person at the credit dept was very courteous too. He took his time and explain all the papers that needed to be fill out. I just bought new car at Hamer toyota it was a verry good expiriance from the moment i drove up Karo was there to greet us, it was raining so he was there with his ubrella. Everyone at Hamer was great. But especially Julio. He is a young salesman but he is very nice. He has a genuine and respectful manner. I felt he took a sincere interest in me. He took the time to show me many cars. I did not really know what I wanted when I started looking for cars. But since the people at Hamer were patient and not pushy and gave me such great service I decided that I would buy my car from them. I higly recommend Hamer Toyota but most of all anyone would have a great car buying experience if they worked with Julio Hernandez. He is the best. He has only been selling cars for about 6 - 8 months. But he is a gem to work with. I love my car and I do think I got a very fair price. Julio even helped me after I bought the car to get some more keys. I only had one. He contacted the former owner to see if by any chance there were more keys. Unfortunately there were not any more keys. But Hamer Toyota and especially Julio Hernandez are wonderful! more
