This is horrible auto repair shop. They are dishonest and rude. Damaged my car that was being repaired and didn't own up to it ,and in fact accused me of bringing it in that way. No, I don't think I had to climb across the passenger side to exist my car when I brought it in. They also tore the leather on my handle and said it was already there. Do not choose this place! more

TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT LEAVE ANYTHING THERE...OR ELSE IT WILL BE STOLEN AND THEY WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR IT!! I LEFT MY WHEELS TO BE REPLACED. AFTER MY CAR WAS FIXED I CAME BACK A FEW DAYS LATER TO PICK UP MY WHEELS AND THE WHEELS WERE GONE!! DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS WITH ANYTHING. PAY A LITTLE BIT EXTRA AND GET A BODY SHOP THAT WILL DO BETTER AND TAKE CARE OF YOU BETTER. THEY HAVE SURVEILLANCE AND IT WAS JUST CONVENIENTLY NOT ON TAPE!! HOW DOES THAT HAPPEN? THEY DID NOT PAY ME FOR WHEELS AND JUST SAID WE ARE SORRY...THAT IS IT!! STAY AWAY AND BECAREFUL..GOD BLESS. more

I have bougtht 5 vehicles from Tom Bannen and had each one serviced there.. Ed Zehnder, Svc Mgr has been the greatest help. He has taken the time on more than one occassion to go over the issues and explain what to expect. I would recommend their service dept to anyone as I can't say enough about the great service I have received. more

Usually don't write comments, but got a lotta help from these guys. Traveling through and been to 6 dealers across USA with truck problems, spent tons trying to fix it. These guys (JEFF and ED) not only got it fixed, but got help from GM! My $8000.00 tab only cost me $1000.00 - they got GM to pay the rest! I live in Mich, but these guy are tops - they are takin' care o' bisness! Thanks guys! more

Went to Tom Bannen the Monday before July 4th,Jeff Boyd was my service guy,he got me right in and kept me informed about my repairs. Jeff is who I recommend anyone to,he keeps you up to speed and even brought me a ice cold water for the ride home.Great service! Thanks Tom Bannen for having someone like Jeff to help people! I loved the fact that Mr. Jeff Boyd in the service department took his time to explain to me exactly what was wrong with my car and what it would take to fix it. Not from the area. I was passing thru, but the great customer service I received made me wish I was. The service guy who helped me (jeff ) was helpful and kept his great attitude in what was said to be record setting heat that week. I will surely go back when I'm in the area again. more

GREAT SERVICE! My service guy ( I believe ""Greg"") was wonderful and very helpful. I needed my truck by the weekend for a trip and, I fully expected to be hosed by a dealership, but my truck was towed there anyway by local wrecker service ( lady tow driver - go figure!). more

Not only did they not fix my car, which is brand new!! They broke it even worse than before, and didn't bother to tell me!! I had to discover it when I picked up my car!! Then when asked the Service Advisor, he was like ""Oh, yes... well we had to order parts"" THEN he turned his back on me while I was still standing there!! I have never been so rudely discarded in my life!! We are filing complaints with the BBB as well as GM. There are too many dealerships out there to deal with one that really doesn't care about the service they provide. Don't walk, but run away from this Dealership!!! more

LIARS, OVERPRICED JUNK BE CAREFUL 5/1/2012

The worst ecperience ever, told i could only buy one certain car with a really high down payment and interest rate. Contacted finance company and everything that was told to me by my sales person was a lie. Now they done got paid by the finance company they could care less whether i am happy. Hate the vehicle, its junk, and they want help me out in any way. Do ur research, and look elsewhere to buy a car. I do not recommend going to TOM BANNEN CHEVY, THEY ARE ONLY WORRIED ABOUT THEMSELVES AND MAKING A PAYCHECK!!!!!! more

I always buy my cars from a General Motors dealership, and my experience has been that customer service was not high on the priority list with most GM dealers, but Tom Bannen Chevy has taken service and customer satisfaction to a new level. The one constant is always dealing with Jeff Boyd. He takes the time to explain everything to you, and makes sure that the job is always done right. He will also make sure you are not inconvenienced by getting you a courtesy ride to work or providing a loaner. When the time comes, I will buy another car from Tom Bannen mostly because of the exceptional service I have received from Jeff Boyd in the service department. Courteous, Knowledgeable, Experienced sales person Ken Hayes 5/28/2010

I have bought 2 Chevrolet's in the last 8 months at this dealership from the same courteous, knowledgeable, experienced and top-notch professional salesman...Ken Hayes. This is my 6th GM product and my 4th dealership...they are by far and away the best of the 4 dealers...My wife and I drove 3 hours each way to purchase from them. We heard about them from a friend in Memphis. Called to see about replacing our 4WD Silverado with 110,000 miles on it. First spoke to Ken, and continued to dialog while we waited for a used, very nice Z71 in our price range. In June of 2009, just what we were looking for came along, Ken was very fair to deal with and went out of his way to accommodate us. Then, Saturday, May 22nd, we stopped by during a trip to Nashville and Ken came out to welcome us and offered some bottled water. We stopped in to say hello...with no intention of buying a car...and on the way out just looked at a new 2010 Tahoe...expressed a little interest and they made us a deal we felt we couldn't refuse...Ken, Mike and David ""the boss"" did a great job...on each of our car purchases...Ken is the best. If you are looking for honesty and integrity, contact Ken Hayes!
