Called on Friday talked with Scott, worked out a price and we agreed that I would drive down on Saturday. Called Scott again at 8:55am on Saturday morning and again everything was okay, Called Scott yet again at 9:09am to determine how much the cashiers check needed to be, and yet again there were no issues. \r

Rented a car and departed from Upstate New York bound for Conshohocken,PA at 9:12am. Received a call at 11:08am , after driving 2 hours and he stated that they had sold the car the night before on eBay ""buy it now"".\r

The above are facts!!! Not emotion, not embellished, but facts. Seldon Motors acted unethically and was clueless to the fact they had already agreed to sell the car to me. By stating to me the value for the cashiers check, they actually could be sued for breach of contract. \r
\r
However, I believe it was for the best as if Seldon Motors conducts business in this manner and has no regard to the uniform commercial code law, I could only imagine all if the other areas they that do not follow! \r

Buyer beware, \r
