First time customer and to honest this is the worst experience ever with a hair salon! My appointment today with Kathy started out without a simple hello my name is Kath... Nothing, I was just told to head back to the wash station. Aww ackward!! I had to introduce myself which was a red flag.
It gets worst the moment Kathy starts blowing out my hair, totally insensitive on the fact she was super rough with the blow out and to top it off the blow dryer was why too hot. After letting her know a few times about the temperature nothing changed. In the end of this ordeal I walked out on the verge of tears looking worst than I walked in, a big fuzz ball on the hunt of aspirin !!!!!
