agents are not allowed to say where center is located - not even what state, i usually demand to be transferred bvack to USA - based call center, we need all the jobs!!!
my vacuum has been in and out of repair ever since I purchased it (slightly under $900 vacum and a good thing I got extended warranty) .Next available agent was very polite, but hard to understand, not able to help and when I asked to be transfered to the manager - hung up on me.
That happened 2 times.
