Door works fine now as does door remote. We have trusted Sears for 44 years of married life, good to know their customer service is still the best around. We needed help quickly and they came the very next morning! Kudos Sears! Call Sears first for any garage door problems, you won't regret it. Tim is A#1 in our book! We were fairly charged just the service charge. more

Great work of replacing garage door opener 3/15/2018

Colby is very professional. Performed the work in a very effective and ordered manner. He explained clearly how the safety sensor works, how to use the key pad, wall control and remote control. What functions the wall control can do. He cleaned up everything and left with a very clean environment. I am satisfied with his work. more

On time, very friendly young man. Got the garage door opener installed very quickly and efficiently. Explained the many functions of the opener. He even tightened up hinges, pieces, etc on the door itself. Very pleased. I was very pleased. Thanks. more

My garage opener started working on and off, so I called Lynn who was wonderful when it came to booking appointments. It took three tries to finally pinpoint the issue (in the motor) and not in the wiring or remotes as I had suspected. Tim was prompt, professional, and consulted colleagues when the opener still acted up. That, of course, was when it was always raining! more

Garage Door Install 11/21/2017

Colby was very easy to communicate with. He called and told me he would be there in 15-20 minutes and arrived in that time frame. He told me what was wrong with the system and we decided to replace it. I provided the new opener. He was able to take down and replace the garage door within the hour. He left the garage cleaner then when he arrived. I would recommend him because of the quality of his work and his professional attitude. more

Above and Beyond 10/25/2017

I called because my door remotes stopped working and I was unable to reprogram them. Tim arrived and quickly reprogrammed 2 of the units. He determined that the new remote that I had recently purchased has a dead battery. Changed the battery and got that unit working as well. He also inspected the door , tightened some loose hinges, and lubed the drive shaft. The door works 100% better and is much quieter. Great job more
