Recently, I went there for specific work to be done on my car such as oil change etc. I kept getting phone calls while I was waiting that they needed to do gasket replacement and that it needed a new oil pan because it had "rotted out." It was a very high bill and I feel as if I have been taken advantage of, I called the manager who immediately reduced the bill. I felt horrible the whole day. It is a bad user experience not only mentally but physically on your wallet.
