Fast and friendly service! 11/11/2016

My wife and I needed our carpets cleaned on very short notice and they were able to work us in! Chris came and cleaned our carpet; he was very friendly, talked with me most of the time while he was working. He finished our apartment in no time, and was very helpful in moving things around so he could clean u see them. I would definitely recommend Scotts for your next carpet cleaning! more

painless - no regrets 10/10/2016

Scott was so available, answered the phone on my first call, offered an appointment the next day, I had to schedule for the next week. He finished the job before mine ahead of time, called to let me know he could come earlier. He came, he saw, he conquered. The job was great, the carpet looks new again, and he did it without soap! more

Fred was so professional and friendly. He was on time and did a fantastic job. I would give 100 stars if it was an option and I always like supporting local! If you want carpets/upholstery done (and they clean much more) you MUST call scotts! more

My carpets look like new! They were professional, on time, and the price I was quoted is what I was charged. I am amazed at how good the carpets feel as well. Before the holidays get here I will be having them back for the other floors and upholstery as well. They are trustworthy and the best choice! It is nice to have someone come into your home and have the quality go beyond your expectations. more

My carpets were in such bad shape I thought I would need to buy new carpet, but I also needed my vintage couches cleaned after hauling them out of the basement. So I called Scott's and they sent out Nathan Scott. He was on time and did an AMAZING job on both the carpets and the couches. Because I have a dog who is hard on the carpet and the couches he didn't know if he'd be able to get the stains completely out. He worked extra hard and the results were SPECTACULAR, I am so happy!!! He was so good I recommended Scott's to my mom and she has an appointment this Monday. more

They did A Great Job! At a Reasonable Price! 3/2/2016

I had the carpets cleaned in my 2007 Motorhome that we just purchased. I am not sure the previous owners had the carpet cleaned EVER! They were in pretty bad shape. But Scott's Cleaning did great the carpet almost looks brand new. I am very happy with the result and they were very reasonably priced. I would defiantly use them again. more

Great service, great quality! 2/22/2016

We had our carpets cleaned in the townhouse we're renting because the owners (out of state) are selling it. Showings were scheduled for later in the day and Nate (son of owner) did a quick, efficient yet high quality job! He left us booties so that people coming in and out wouldn't dirty the freshly cleaned carpets or get their socks/feet wet. He was knowledgeable, very helpful and paid a lot of attention to little details I didn't even think of. I would highly recommend their services! more

They arrived in time and were quick and professional in getting the job done. They also cleaned my hallway and stairs for free!! more

Excellent experience with family-owned business 1/5/2016

I had an excellent experience with Scott's Carpet Cleaning. Chris and Nathan thoroughly, efficiently and effectively cleaned and Scotchgarded six rooms and a hallway of wall-to-wall carpet (including areas with cat urine stains), three Oriental rugs as well as some upholstery. I picked Scott's after an Internet search, and was impressed from the get-go as I spoke with Fred about our cleaning needs. I also appreciated the fact that Chris and Nathan arrived at the time promised - amazing how rare reliability is these days. I will absolutely use Scott's again in future and will share my positive experience with my neighbors and friends. more
