Schacter, Warren, Dds - Schacter Orthodontics

Boh of my adult sons went to Schacter Orthodontics as teenagers, and still get compliments on their smiles. Never did I think that as an adult, I would need braces myself, but I did. I am so grateful to both Dr.Robert and Warren Schacter for my new smile. The entire staff was so nice, patient and always willing to answer my questions. Without a doubt, Schacter Orthodontics has three happy and satisfied patients in this family. more

My son & I both had braces with the dynamic duo (father & son team) and we just got them off. Our teeth look amazing. So worth every minute & penny spent. Office manager Sherry is great as is their lovely dental assistant. The ortho work quality is superior. I would advise you to ask anyone in the valley who has great straight teeth who their ortho was and don't be surprised when they tell you it's Schacter Ortho. that's how I found them. I asked people with great teeth who they saw. They always said the same. You think you can save money somewhere else but it's not worth it. In a few years your teeth don't look so hot. Remember - you get what you pay for, plus they have a really cool office with neon everywhere. Love this Orthodontist! more

Drs. Warren and Robert Schacter have straightened the teeth of two of our girls. One more to go and she can't wait to get started. Why? Well, obviously, their teeth are GORGEOUS, but in addition, these caring professionals treat their patients and the parents like family. The office is full of fun, kid friendly stuff to do and look at while waiting. Shari at the front desk is always friendly, caring, and helpful. I can't recommend this office highly enough. Not too many other medical or dental offices actually get my kids eager to go see them like Schacter Orthodontics, so that's the biggest thumbs up of all. more

I can't say enough positive things about Schacter Orthodontists. Ten years and four beautiful smiles. The doctors and staff are professional, friendly, kind, and compassionate. They take the time to discuss individual treatment plans so that you understand the entire process. They form a relationship with every patient. The office itself is great - the atmosphere is open, relaxing and fun for the kids. They are very accommodating when it comes to appointments. I highly recommend them. more

My husband and I waited until our "second life" before we got our braces. Our kids thought we were crazy, but this was the best thing we ever did for ourselves. We are only sorry we did not do this sooner. Both father and son, Dr. Schacter, are very caring and concerned about their patients. I would do this over again with them in a heart beat. more

What a great office! We went for a second opinion after another orthodontist outlined a two-step braces process that would have lasted years and cost more than twice what We paid at Dr. Schacter. After evaluating our daughter, without benefit of hearing what the other doctor had recommended, they recommended waiting and doing traditional braces. When we told them what had been recommended by the other office, they told us that the most recent research had shown that that approach had no better outcomes than the old fashioned (less expensive) way. We signed on and found they were generous with their time, and respectful of mine - appointments are on time! Both doctors inspire such confidence. They not only explained each step of the process about which I asked, but seemed to enjoy doing so. My daughter got her braces off last week and her smile is beautiful. Thank you Dr. Schacter! Good: From the moment we brought our daughter Kimberly for evaluation,the orthodontist's office was friendly and professional, At no cost to us they gave us an assessment of the type of work that was required, our daughter needed some teeth to be pulled, we went back with our regular dentist and 9 months after they started the work, within 2 years, our daughter had her braces removed (today) her smile is incredible, they gave us a comfortable payment plan, every appointment was on time, we highly recommend them!!. Bad: There is really nothing wrong, they get a AAA from our family. Improvements: I had my own braces done years ago in a different place, Schacter Orthodontics ADC is truly better, I'm glad we brought our daughter with them, she is soo happy. Other: We come all the way from Santa Clarita, is a little far but our daughter is worth it. When your kids are in need of something they deserve the best. They are the best.. more

the atmosphere is friendly and warm. The appointments run on time. The staff is professional. Th two doctors are competent, gentle and explain the procedure accurately. My daughter found the all experience almost painless. We will be back with her brother. more

I really appreciate all the great work that they have done on my teeth. My smile is completely different but in a great way. I am in love with my smile now and can not wait to show it off. I will definitely be referring anyone that needs work done on their teeth to Dr. Schacter. They are very professional and kind when they do their job. Everyone is always smiling and happy to see you. What a great experience we just had with my first son. He never complained about his braces and was really happy when they came off earlier than expected! Just in time for my 2nd son to get his on. Braces typically enter a person's life during their pre-teen/teen years; in other words, a time when looks are key. After comparing my experience with my peers I can confidently say that having a good orthodontist can make a world of difference. Much like any 11 year-old, I was a little hesitant to get braces, but I am so glad that Schacter Orthodontics ADC were the ones to work on my teeth. Being greeted by friendly orthodontists and a colorful music-filled environment definitely made my "metal mouth" experience a pleasant one. I always felt well-taken care of, and being the fussy person that I am, the patient staff was constantly working with me to keep me comfortable. They take customer care very seriously with their wide range of electronic games, comics, magazines, and year books readily available for those waiting for an appointment, along with a good variety of colored rubber bands patients can choose to decorate their braces with. The atmosphere is casual, which helps calm the nerves of first-timers and enjoy their time there. As for the end result, I can say from personal experience that patients will not be disappointed with the look of their teeth. It's been five years since I've gotten my braces off, and my dentist still praises my teeth at every appointment. I love my smile, and I definitely feel that I got my money's worth. more

i just want to say -any parent who is deciding on braces for their children or themselves, schacter Orthodontics is the best dental care you will ever find. they were mine as a child and now my two teenage daughters. we had a serious crisis with a Orthodontist on the East Coast but, thanks to the master of Orthodontics along with their skill and integrity to their craft both Dr. Schacters saved my daughters teeth from permanent damage. we are forever grateful to both of them and hope you will be able to experience their care. more

Highly recommend! We were very happy with Schacter Orthodontics. Both doctors (father and son) are great. Nice, kid-friendly office. The doctors are friendly and do most of the work (including follow-up appointments) themselves instead of relying on a team of assistants. The final result is excellent; perfect smile. This orthodontist isn't very good. They are way too expensive for doing something that another dentist would have done for cheaper. They are nice but sometimes they are too rough. Sometimes they seem like they don't really know what they are doing and they don't really listen to what you try to tell them. The good thing about is it is really kids oriented. more
