We custom ordered a vehicle, and it was easy and fun. Closing was faster & easier than Honda. Closing was not as high-pressure. Unfortunately, there were problems with the security system. The service supervisor, Jason, would knee-jerk react that it was not the car; it was our aftermarket system. Saturn's own technician set the alarm off and locked down the car right in front of Jason and my wife to prove to him that it was the car. Jason STILL insisted that my wife just didn't know how to use the key fob! [I am not making this up.] After a YEAR of pointless battles, Saturn changed the truck latch, the ignition, and a fuse. And guess what - the car worked.
Pros: Custom-ordering was as easy as ordering a pizza with no fees or obligations.
Cons: Other than one technician, the service department was close-mided and useless.
