I purchased a Samsung LED TV about 6 months ago. The picture started to go about a month ago. I called Samsung and they put me in touch with Sascoa Electronics. I called them on March 29th and they asked me to send them pictures of what the tv was doing which I did. It's now May 3 and NOTHING has been done! After repeated calls and emails I keep getting ""we're working on it"" Well, I just called Samsung and filed a formal complaint against Sascoa Electronics. I shouldn't have to wait over a month to get a $2800 tv still under warranty repaired. If your TV needs repair, don't call these guys or you'll grow old! Terrible Terrible Terrible company!
