I cannot recommend this place enough! I came here for a relaxation session which I purchased from a Westchester magazine deal. I have never done anything Ayurveda before so I was a little apprehensive but with a deal like this one I couldn't resist. As soon as I got there I was greeted by a receptionist who was very nice. She gave me a quick lesson on Ayurveda and told me exactly what I should expect. My entire session was about 75 minutes or so. It really was heaven! I have had many massages before but nothing like this. I felt so refreshed afterwards and best of all I slept like a baby that night! The special oil drip on your head was the best I didn't want it to end.
I have already made another appointment and I am looking forward to my next session. I would recommend this place to everyone! If you have never tried it, you are missing out!
