Dr. Francis introduced himself as Bill with a giant warm smile on his face. He did an excellent job with every aspect of the procedure. Aside from the first two novocaine injections, the entire root canal was completely and totally painless. Not only was I pleased with his work as an endodontist, I was entertained by his anecdotes the entire time I was in his chair. \r
