My go-to auto shop 3/31/2014

I'm grateful to have found Sanford's Automotive Service. Their shop is clean and organized. Mike and his team are very professional, efficient, and upfront. I've been using them for the past 10 years and they work on a little bit of everything for me. From oil changes to replacing the brakes on my 4-wheeler, they always do an excellent job. I've even gotten same-day service from them a couple of times. The prices are very fair. I'd definitely recommend them! more

I went to Sanford's Automotive Service in an emergency situation. I was in the middle of a road trip and needed to go in that day. Sanford's accommodated me on very short notice and had the parts I needed. more

Diagnostic of shock replacements 11/23/2013

I went there under the impression that I needed my shocks replaced, however he told me that my shocks were fine, and the leak was coming from my oil pan and not my shocks. He not only told me but showed me for myself, then we corrected the leak and only charged me an hour of labor...and really didn't want to charge me that. However I insisted that I pay for his time...great experience. more

When I told my friends that Mike actually took me under my car to show me the leak, they were amazed. Mike showed me the problem, educated me on what I needed to get done and gave me a fair price which was below the dealership where I bought my car. I'll go back. more

When I take my car to Sanford's Automotive Service, he always seems very honest. He doesn't try to do things that don't need done. He gets the car back to me in a timely fashion. He always has the right equipment to handle whatever needs to be done. I've been very satisfied. more

Sanford's Automotive Service has replaced my transmission and worked on my vehicle on three different occasions. I like their 100,000 mile warranty. You don't see that very often. They always do great work for me. I've had no trouble so far. more

Sanford's Automotive Service takes care of us. 3/11/2013

Mike at Sanford's Automotive Service has been a big help. I had a truck with some issues with the gas tank. He did some research for me and found out that there was a recall notice out. They got it taken care of for us. Sanford's Automotive Service always does a good job. They take good care of us. They make sure we know what's going on with the vehicle. It's been pretty good. more

very professional 1/23/2013

I stopped in and asked Mr Sanford a question about making a bracket to install a light in my car. He came out took a look and in just a few minutes the bracket was made are ready to be installed. It looks and works great. I can't thank him enough. Again Thank you Tim more

Excellent service - very knowledgable 1/15/2013

Mike does a great job without the high labor rates of some of the larger shops. Won't nickel and dime you over small items. He has done several things for me on multiple vehicles including: -Replaced auto transmission on truck -new tires and provided used tires on occasion -diagnose check engine and other dashboard lights -Steering, hoses, engine oil, filters, minor body repairs, exhaust, etc. more

Sanford's did some work for my transmission. I had a minor problem and they quickly diagnosed it and fixed it. It was a lot less money than I originally thought it would be, I didn't feel like they charged me for stuff I didn't need. They told me straight up it was a minor problem. more

My car was having issues overheating and problems with the radiator while I was on a trip. I looked online for an automotive shop and found good reviews for Sanford's Automotive Service, so I took it there. They got things fixed for me within a couple of hours and now the problems are fixed. The mechanic was a really nice guy and worked efficiently. more

Mike Sanford does service repairs for us, and he does excellent work. Their prices are very reasonable. We are very happy with them. We have six vehicles that we take to him. He will even come down and pick up our trucks and bring them back to his shop. He goes above and beyond. I have recommended them to others. more

Really great work with fair prices 3/12/2012

I had been looking on line for a car repair and found Sanford's Automotive Service. They had great reviews from past customers on their website so I decided to use them. Mike from Sanford's Automotive worked on the read end of my 150 and did an adjustment on my drive shaft. If looking for an auto care service, I would recommend going to Sanford's first. Go to Mike and have him get you a quote and give him a shot-He did really good work and was fair with the prices. more

I've been real pleased with the service I receive from Sanford's Automotive Service. I've been going there for several years now, and the service is great. I have nothing bad to say about them. I am comfortable speaking to Mike about anything. I just told someone about them the other day, so I'm definitely comfortable with recommending them to anybody! more

Sanford's Automotive Service does a pretty good job. They fixed the transmission in my Cadillac and got it to start changing gears again so it's working fine now. I think they do good work there, even though they're a little high priced. more

excellent in every respect 7/23/2011

It took me years to find an auto repair shop like Sanford's. I tried shops that pushed people in and out like a fast food chain each time having a different mechanic. I had to go through the service center front counter person and never get to talk with the person doing the repairs. Mike Sanford does it all, he can expidite new or used parts or design it himself from his stockpile of parts. A ASE Master Certified Mechanic in his own right but as important an artist with an interest in the customers needs. Go see Mike, make an appointment.
