I am very surprised that I am the 1st to write a review... I thought more people would use this site as a way to warn others of RIP OFF's... My sister just used their service or better said disservice... What was supposed to be an auction, turned into a free for all tag sale... Basicaly a garage sale with no accountablity... She was selling the contents of her $350,000 home...They charged her $150 for Ad's, 25% of the take... And then at the end gave her only $200 for the rest of the stuff (3 truck loads) that didn't sell... They even helped themseves to alcholic beverages from the refridgerator without asking... In the end her total sales was $4000 minus 25% for the contents of her home in Avon Lake... What a Disgrace, Hire a Professional
