Had a Signature Spa Day consist of a massage, European facial, manicure and pedicure. I was served lunch during the pedicure while on a massage chair! Felt like a princess. What a wonderful birthday gift! more

The atmosphere was hot and dirty. The elderly lady who gave me the spa pedicure was too weak to open the bottle of nail polish, much less give much of a massage. When she took off my previous polish, she didn't get it all & it showed through the new polish. Also, the new polish was thin and started to peel off in a couple of days, which is unusual for me. I would never go back. more

My daughter and I booked this for a mother's day treat. I can't begin to describe how completely disorganized and awful the place was. I paid around $300 for the two of us to have the full treatment. The lunch we were supposed to have was unavailable, even the drink had to be changed. The girl giving the massage spent too long on me, (and it was awful), so my daughter didn't get a massage. The girl giving the massage was the worst massage therapist I have ever had, and I asked her repeatedly to reduce the amount of pressure she was using, to which she responded "no pain, no gain." I had many bruises on my back the next day. My daughter said the water the lady was going to use on her face during the facial was dirty from the client before, so she asked to skip the facial. When we went to leave, they approached me for additional money, because the massage therapist spent too much time on me. I wouldn't go back if it was free. more

We don't believe this actually happened as this "doggielover" reviewer made a completely opposite review on a competitor's spa on the same day. We believe this is an online marketing tactic. Nonetheless we have had an internal quality review. Our staff are all very well trained and certified. We also guarantee your satisfaction. more

I received an aweful ,painful, rushed massage from this "Spa". The massage practioner (if she was licensed) gave me the worst massage I have ever received. I felt as if she should have paid to torture me on the massage table. I enjoy trying new spas in the hopes of finding a new hidden gem. This was not it. I will not return. more

I would love to give this "spa" a great review, but my visit was a total disappointment. I booked a massage for my husband and myself and looked forward to it all week. Unfortunately when we got to the "spa" we discovered one thing I forgot to ask, "Is there air in your facility?" It was sweltering! The poor receptionist was dripping in sweat too. After we sought out the treatment rooms, we determined that there was no way on earth we could relax in the heat, so we gently declined the service. So, although the staff was pleasant, I would not ever call this a spa - it is an old church with no air. I would give them another try if they modernized their facility - M more

I went to Sanctuary for a massage and the the therapist did not seem to know what she was doing. I paid an average amount for the price but came out more stressed than I went in because it was not relaxing, she showed up late, AND instead of kneading she was merely tapping me in different places. I definetely do NOT recommend going there for a massage. Pros: nice atmosphere, friendly receptionist Cons: BAD MASSAGE more
