I live in Staten Island and Samson manages my apartment. Late last week I had a leak in my ceiling from my neighbor above who was away and left her sink on. What a mess! \r \r Luckily the super and the management company responded right away. I am so grateful for all of their help and was really impressed by their quick response. Hopefully they get rid of the woman above me. Who leaves their water running??? more

Just moved in this month and things are going great! My apartment is huge and reasonably priced. Samson has been a delight to work with. I would recommend them to anyone, which I CANNOT say for every other management company I have worked with in the past. more

Aside from a few minor kitchen appliance issues when I first moved in I have no complaints with the landlord. This is NYC of course it isn't going to be perfect, not in my price range anyway. What matters most to me is my apartment is spacious, my building is clean and quiet and I have no problems with my landlord. more

So far Samson has been fine, a few minor issues but no land lord / management company is perfect. If you call up the management office freaking out like some of these reviews of course they aren't going to like you... Apartment is huge and neighbors are fine more

I don?t ordinarily comment on these things but I just happened to be on here and thought I would look at what everyone had to say about Samson because I live in a Samson property. I live on the upper west side and have really enjoyed my apartment. My apt is spacious and has so much natural light. The office personal seems professional. In fact, when I called to complain because someone kept leaving their garbage lying around the compactor they were on the problem right away. I was very grateful. I can?t believe what slobs some people can be. Since then we have had no other problems. I love my apartment and I plan to stay put. more

Worse building maintence ever!! 11/14/2011

I don't understand how you give this management company any good rating, please step foot into the Buckingham apartment, 144-67 or 144-87 41st Avenue in Flushing. After moving into the apartment i noticed alot of roaches, live, dead, all sizes both in my apartment and in the common areas of this complex. To top that off, it is bed bug infested. Their standard of living in that building is way below par. If I worked at Samson Management I'd be ashamed to have that building under my umbrella. It needs alot of maintence. Please step it up and take better care of this building! more

They sound like a bunch of malcontents who probably don't pay their rent on time and are incensed when they get a dispossess notice. This is probably their way of getting even. I live in a Samson building and frankly I don't have any complaints. Thank you. more
