Gity is the place to go for great hair! 1/28/2008

I have never had as many compliments on my hair as I have since going to Salon Gity. I decided to try them just to see what a Paul Mitchell Salon was like. I absolutely LOVE my hair and I'm so happy to have finally found someone that I can stick with!!! I'll never go anywhere else! more

Bad experience with highlights 6/14/2007

I went to this salon twice and was happy with my hair cut the first time. I also think they have reasonable prices. However, while getting highlights on my second visit a few pieces in the middle of my forehead got very brassy. My husband never notices my hair, but when I got home he asked why I dyed my hair orange. The rest of the highlights were okay. I think everyone there was very nice and the women tried to fix my hair. I just wouldn't be able to recommend the salon after that experience. more

knows what is best for my hair 4/28/2007

Gity has always done the best job with my hair cut and color! My friends and aquaintances constantly compliment my hair cut and color and ask me where I got it done. I always feel great when I leave Gity's. I was recently in the grocery store and a stranger said, "I just love your hair!" Wow! Thanks Gity and Rohan!! "What does your hair say about you?" 10/26/2006

All these ladies are wonderful! They know the styles and colors that look best on me and the latest styles. They do any type of hair! Men's, African-American, ANY type or style! The salon is very nice and relaxing. They also do make-up and informative classes on how to care for your hair. Very active group of ladies. Pros: flat screen tv's, beverages, friendly staff more

Great experience! 4/6/2006

It was my first visit and I received a hair cut and highlights from Rohan. Not only was Rohan personalbe, but she also made sure my stepson and I were well taken care of. We were both offered drinks and cake several times and Rohan even set my stepson up with a movie to watch so he wouldn't be so bored. It was a refreshing change to go into such a relaxed environment with a staff of such real, sincere people. It was truly a welcome change from the snooty salons I normally visit. The best! 12/8/2005

These ladies have the best haircolor expertise in the city - but this also happens to be one of the most comfortable, welcoming and friendly salons I have ever been to in the world. On my second visit everybody knew my name, my stylist and colorist had notes on what haircolor mix they used for me last time and what I liked, and in almost two years I have never been disappointed when I walked out of there. more
