Worst

I did not like Salon D'Elegance at all! There was nothing elegant about my experience! The place is so dinky! The manicurist sat on the steps smoking and yapping on the phone. ...

Quality Professional Service 10/28/2011

I've been a client of this salon for years, as well as, my daughter, mother, sister and even my husband, and we all love this place and the technicians that work the salon. We have never experienced anyone being unprofessional and trust me these girls that work at the salon are super busy I doubt that they have time to talk about people to each other in Vietnamese. They take walk in's even if they are busy. They do a quality job for a reasonable price. Also, they are expanding the space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! more

Small, unprofessional, junky 6/22/2009

I did not like Salon D'Elegance at all! There was nothing elegant about my experience! The place is so dinky! The manicurist sat on the steps smoking and yapping on the phone. She came in a few min. later reeking of cigarettes. How gross and unprofessional. She and her family were poorly dressed. One even wore pajama bottoms! Dyeing my time there, they spoke English to me, but Vietnamese to each other. I don't care that they speak a different language, but couldn't help but feel that they were speaking about me and their other clients! How rude! The manicure only lasted one short week while my pedicure lasted less than a month. I would not recommend it. The other review is so off. They don't do hair at this salon! more
