Thank you Jill!!! My regular hair stylist moved away so I was left in search of a new one. I was so nervous, but I did some research online and came across a ton of great reviews about Jill at salon 828. I just went to see her and I am thrilled with my color! She put me right to ease because I could tell I was in good hands. Thank you Jill, You are a true artist! more

The color is always amazing, the cut is always beautiful! And she turned me on to the KERASTASE products which have been life changing! Like Jill always says, you're hair is your best accessory! more

I would just like to say how proud of my wonderful fiance Nikki for all that her and her coworkers at Salon 828 have accomplished it is amazing that they were voted as one of the top 100 salons in the United States of America in Elle magazine August 2010 issue # 1 in Delawere good job salon 828. BEST SALON in delaware 11/25/2009

Just got a keratin treatment at salon 828 with Rebecca and it is everything she said it would be!! my hair is smooth and shiny and my drying time is cut in half. Not to mention, I got a nice, long head massage with my shampoo. Looking forward to my facial that I scheduled! Pros: great staff, beautiful atmosphere Cons: haven't found any yet more

This salon is Delaware's best kept secret! It's stylish, honest, knowledgeable and caring. The hair products, specifically Kerastase', are amazing! KRISTIN P ROCKS - she is amazing and on par with celebrity stylists! And truth be told, all the stylists are BETTER THAN GOOD! And there's excellence in eyebrow and eyelash tinting! And Kelly's massages are better than chocolate! Seriously, if you want ok hair - stay where you are. If you want hair that's ""BAM"" and screams ""Hi, I just finished a photo shoot!"" - trust me.... MAKE AN APPOINTMENT AND GO - IT'S LIFE CHANGING :) Pros: Best Salon known to mankind! more

I was nervous to come to Delaware, I thought I would have to go back to NY just to get my highlights done! I was so excitedwhen I met Jill at salon 828! Best Brows in the Business!! 12/8/2008

Brenda, at Salon 828, is the best! She's definitely earned her ""Best of Delaware"" Award. My brows have always been over tweezed, over waxed, too light and I never felt truly ""finished"" until Brenda got a hold of me. She put me on her ""program"" and my brows have never looked better. I would HIGHLY recommend a visit to Salon 828 to see Brenda.......SHE'S WORTH IT!!! Pros: Ambience, Service, Good Parking for a city salon more

Salon 828 is the best salon in Wilmington! I was referred to Lauren by a friend who has the most beautiful blonde hair, which is what I have been trying to achieve for years. I went to see Lauren and she knew exactly what to do, andwhat tones of blonde would look best on me. Not only was Lauren great but the whole salon was warm and friendly. Not to mention they just won best of DE for waxing. more

STOP SEARCHING, THIS IS THE PERFECT SALON 1/13/2007

This small, yet professional salon is amazing. Beautiful(pottery barn type) atmosphere, and it is quiet and relaxing. While your under the dryer they offer you gourmet coffees and teas and you can put your feet up on the leather automons. My stlyist, Jill, is the best hair stylist I've ever had, she is professional and friendly, I consider her a friend and I can rely on her to always make my color look natural and my stylish haircut easy to manage. She even has taken the time to teach me some tips on blowdrying at home, and I appreciate that. Everyone in this salon is warm and friendly, when I'm there I feel like part of the family. Pros: professional yet inviting staff, and parking lot in wilmington is a plus. Cons: no cons more
