Good Vietnamese food, especially for the price. But for better or for worse, Sai's is often packed with families and kids. That's fine if the parents control their children's behavior and have taught them proper manners when dining out and take little ones outside if they have a meltdown, it's not so fine when you have the parents who think that their darling child's temper tantrum and running around the restaurant is something that other patrons want to see.
Pros: inexpensive, friendly service
