Fabulous free haircut! 2/1/2012

I went to Sojourn as a hair model and had a great experience with Doreen, who listened and worked attentively with me, as well as her senior-stylist cutting coach. The only reason I didn't give this rating the full 4 stars is because it is a very long process to model and sit through a step-by-step cut. I left hungry and really needing a good stretch. But I would do it again- the quality was worth the time. more

The only problem with my appointments for massage and facials is accessing the second floor. The stairs are dangerous -- and impossible for many. A handrail is called for on the right side of the stairs. Otherwise, my stress- and pain-relieving sessions with Susan are fabulous. I am a very large woman and she handles my body as though I were a size 12. I'll be back often, but get that handrail! more

Nice atmosphere and nice people who work there. The new girls who wash hair should make sure their clients do not leave with hair color around their hairline and also remove the greasy product that is put around hairline. more

I appreciated the in depth consultation as well as Amy's recommendations. I liked that she listened to me and took my concerns into consideration. I was pretty satisfied with the results of my first time blow-drying & styling it myself,and feel confident I will get better at it as I go along. more

Facial Newbie 1/20/2012

I regularly have my cut/color done by Carm at Sojourn, but I had never had spa services until I had the 30 minute facial with Susan. It was AMAZING! I wish I had discovered these services and Susan sooner. This was the first time I had ever had a facial, and I was nervous how my skin would react. I don't really have "trouble" skin, but it was looking and feeling dull. I wanted to get my skin in shape for my June wedding and decided to give a 30 minute facial a try first. My skin feels a hundred times improved, and the experience was completely relaxing. Susan was a total professional, explaining everything she was doing and discussed my routine in depth with me. I already booked a follow-up service in two months, followed by my pre-wedding services, and I think my skin will be vastly improved by Susan's therapeutic techniques. Highly recommend! more

Each time I visit Sojourn I am always amazed at what Dot remembers about me. She has clients for five weeks and then I show up and it's like she's been waiting for me all that time. She is very interested in listening and her conversations make me feel like she is family. When I go to the salon, I want a relaxed and upbeat experienced because I'm usually coming from a long day. I find that each and every time at Sojourn. It is worth every penny. Thanks to the entire staff. more

New Hir cut 1/8/2012
