AWESOME JOB BRITNEY! I went to rumors to get my grey covered and highlights. I am a very picky person and she did an awesome job. I have a hard time finding a stylist that can do my hair right and she did. Everyone keeps asking me ""who does your hair ?"" because it looks awesome. I strongly recommend Britney at Rumors....you won't be sorry! more

Met with my stylist and said I would like a new look since I am traveling to Europe in one month. She looked at my hair and said she would cut the back shorter and frame around my face. She spent most of the time combing my hair. I saw her use the scissors maybe twice then she blew it dry and said that was the best she could do. She verbally expressed that I looked disappointed and still let me walk out of the door looking the same as I did when I walked in. $50.00 later and nothing! Now I have to spend more money somewhere else to actually GET A HAIRCUT! Maybe Haircuttery next door! Pros: Nada Cons: Dissapointing service more

I am so happy that I had my haircut at Rumor?s today!! I remember how difficult it was to park at the old location, but now there?s plenty of room. The new salon is large and very roomy and there?s even a large screen TV in the waiting area, but I didn?t have to wait at all. Everyone is friendly and happy to see you. I've been to several salons and felt like I was just moved from shampoo bowl to the stylist and out the door, but at Rumor's, they really care about their customers. My stylist, Kim, spent time with me before my shampoo. By taking that time to ask just the right questions, it was so much easier for me to explain and show her what I wanted while my hair was still dry. The shampoo was so relaxing. I'm short and usually have some difficulty when my hair is shampooed, but the seat was at the right height and the neck bowl is very soft so I didn?t have the usually neck pressure. My hair cut is perfect. Kim kept explaining what she was doing and was very focused on giving me the style that I wanted. I love what she?s done for me and will definitely go back again. I had a great experience with the hairstylist, who was kind and patient when I explained that I was growing my hair back after chemo and wanted a hairstyle that looked professional during this transition. She did a wonderful job with the cut and the color. My pedicure was nice, too. Everyone was very friendly and easy to talk to. I am especially looking forward to my facial and massage next week. The location is perfect for me because it is attached to Big Vanilla, and I am there several times a week anyway. more
