This is a horrible dentist office. Their dentists seem to change very often, almost like they hire trainees. They broke my wife's retainer and I even have recordings of them saying they would fix it but they refuse. I would not go to this dentist office ever. more

I have had wonderful experiences with Royal Oak Family Dentistry. They always get me in right at my appointment time, make sure that I'm comfortable, and answer any questions that I may have. Dr. George took time to talk to me about my tooth grinding, and explained all of my options before I decided to try a mouth guard. I was skeptical, because I'd had mouth guards in the past that didn't fit well, and actually made my jaw pain worse, but the guard that she provided fits perfectly and I can almost forget it's there. The hygenist was friendly, and explained what she was doing, and why it was important. My cleaning was thorough, but it wasn't painful. She was very patient with me and allowed me to take breaks if my mouth began to get tired from being open. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist. Everyone I've encountered there has been friendly, and the work I've gotten done has been high quality. more

When my dentist was out of town and I broke a crown, they were able to provide emergency servcies to me. I appreciated their prompt response, willingness to fit me into their hectic schedule at the last minute, and patience with me as I was hysterical over the pain. They calmed me down, allowed me to collect my thoughts, and explained everything they were going to do before they did it. They were great with me. more
