I was extremely impressed with the timeliness, quality, and cost of my service! I initially called around to a few local plumbers, but since it was Saturday they all wanted to charge me "overtime" rates to have a plumber come out. Roto-Rooter did not charge me any differently because it was Saturday, and was able to come out within 2 hours of when I called! The service rep, Robert, was very courteous, genuine, and trustworthy. My situation was quite complicated, but he was able to solve the problem in an efficient and cost-conscious manner. I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter to all of my friends and family, and will not hesitate to have them be the first place I call in the future!
