I am a single female and was in desperate need of help when my bathroom drains were clogged. Curtis showed up within an hour for what we thought would be a quick and easy job. He snaked to main drain, but water kept coming in. Curtis stayed while I waited for the town public works guys to come, he worked with them, and relentlessly tried to snake the drain again. In the meantime, sewage water overflowed the toilet and he kept his cool. He took care of my wet-vac for me, making several trips outside to dump it out. He went the extra mile so he didn't have to open the cap in the basement, which would have let all the sewage water in. He wanted to spare me the mess and added expense. More than three hours later, Curtis still had a smile on his face and was as cool as could be. He had finally fixed the problem and wouldn't have left if he hadn't. He was so helpful, kind, and great at what he does. I was very comfortable with him in my home and know he had my best interests in mind. I really appreciated his friendliness and stellar customer service. Thank you Curtis and Roto-Rooter!!!
