Rosenthal Jaguar of Tysons Corner

Was thinking about buying a Jag or Land rover. Settled on a Jag XJR, which was delivered two weeks ago. I have a great deal of experience with car sales. Never have I ever received such good service for a first purchase. I never felt I was being taken advantage of. Only once did the salesman have to check with his manager and that was in regard to a special order for a specific paint color that would not normally be available. Got an extremely great price with which I feel very comfortable. After sales, so far, is great. Am not expecting that to change. They really pamper you, spoil you and make you feel that you are important to them. The physical building of Rosenthal tyson's Jaguar(showrooms and service center) is also one of the nicest I have seen. Overall - great experience. Oh, the car is phenomenal also. more

Rosenthal Jaguar is honest, friendly, professional and they know their Jaguars. My car is repaired on time and they did not serve up any surprises that would cost me more money. The dealership is clean and organized. I will be a returning customer. Definitely a five star dealership. more

Rosenthal Jaguar has a great service team. I have had my Jaguar serviced at another location near my house but after a bad experience there, I decided to take it to Rosenthal Jaguar which is a little out of the way. I am glad I did because the level of service I received from this dealer has made the drive worthwile. more

The Jaguar cars are not known for having the best reliability, however I feel much more comfortable knowing that I can rely on Rosenthal Jaguar for my repairs and maintenance. I follow the Jaguar scheduled maintenance (with rosenthal's reminder calls) and have not had to make any major repairs on my car. The staff is friendly and helpful. more
