AWFUL! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! First of all, they ""con"" people into writing good reviews, because for every positive review you write, you get 50% off any service. So don't believe the good reviews - they're basically bought. They prey on the ignorant and poor. I've been going to chiropractors and massage therapists for years, and this one was just around the corner from where I live. I had a 30 minute massage gift certificate because when I bought a 60 minute massage for my husband a few months ago, he shows up in the morning and no one was there. He waited for almost an hour. So we got a complimentary certificate. I should have just asked for a refund.\r \r Go there, and the place it PACKED on a Saturday morning with people who obviously can't afford legitimate health care. First of all the admin was SUPER rude because she kept looking at me skeptically and asking me where and how I got the gift certificate. I told her MULTIPLE times that I got it because of my husband, and she said she ""didn't recognize his name."" Uh...oh...it was 3 months ago. Does it really matter anyways?? I just want a massage!!\r \r Was made to wait for about 15 minutes before being called in....to meet with the doctor. OMG - I just want my massage! He proceeded to give me a scare tactic lecture about how I could have arthritis in my vertebrae and if it's not caught early it's not reversible. I just sat quietly and listened and said I didn't have any questions. \r \r Went out to wait again, and finally was called in by a big, burly, unkempt, older man. I just wanted a neck and shoulder massage, and this guy was the WORST!!!! He literally talked through the entire 10 minutes I endured before getting up and leaving. He LITERALLY SAID TO ME: ""I HOPE YOU'RE NOT IN HERE TO RELAX, BECAUSE THIS ISN'T GOING TO BE A RELAXING MASSAGE, I'M JUST GOING TO ASK YOU A SERIES OF QUESTIONS."" ??????? I kept asking nicely to JUST have a quiet, relaxing massage, but this guy wouldn't shut up! He asked me about 35 questions (NO JOKE!) in 10 minute.\r \r Finally I said firmly that I JUST wanted a massage, NOT a consultation and that I wasn't coming back for therapy, so PLEASE just do the massage! His response? ""Oh, well you should have clarified that in the first place."" WHAT?!?! Isn't that why people come in for a massage?? To relax?!?!\r \r After about 30 seconds, this guy has the nerve to say, ""You seem very convicted in the things you feel you like and don't like. Would you say you're a very stubborn person who doesn't like to do things they don't want to do?"" I just laid there for a minute, and said ""I don't know how you want me to answer that or how that's prevalent."" He said, ""Just answer the question, yes or no - do you consider yourself a stubborn person?""\r \r That was the point that I got up and left. INSULTING, RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND PROBABLY GOT ABOUT 5 MINUTES OF A ""REAL"" MASSAGE. Which consisted of him kind of awkwardly poking my shoulder blades. I wouldn't be surprised if this guy didn't even have a real massage therapy license. \r \r Long story short - this was the biggest JOKE of an office I've ever been to. Avoid at ALL costs, even though they may be cheaper or offer incentives. You get what you pay for. more

I first visited Roselle Chiropractic with a Groupon for a massage. This is the best investment in me I could have made. The entire staff is so friendly and willing to help any way they can. Meghan is an incredible masseuse. I plan to continue my visits when ever I can more

A professional office with great service!\r \r I have been a regular patient of Roselle Chiropractic and Dr. Ahmed for over a year. Roselle Chiropractic offers everything in-house, from electric stimulation and ultrasound to great massage therapists and includes a rehabilitation room with staff members to assist with various therapy techniques.\r \r The staff is great. Megan, Ellen and Frank are all fantastic message therapists. I look forward to my visits with Hani in rehab. She is tough, but her methods are VERY effective. \r \r I am thrilled with the results from my visits and look forward to my continued recovery. more

Best Massage Ever! 3/14/2012

I first went there with a Groupon and it turned out to be a great move for me. After my first massage with Megan, I was hooked. I've had lots of massages from lots of different massage therapists but, for me, none come close to Megan's skills. I've also had acupuncture there with Dr. Patel which I also highly recommend. I addition I also find all the staff friendly and welcoming. more

A monkey you cant get off you back! 12/29/2011

I started going here in June 2011 because they ran a special on Living Social . I got a 1 hour massage for $30. My dad was dying of cancer at the time & I needed some cheap ""Me Time"". My back & upper body gets really knotted up from stress. They had me meet with the doctor who told me they can get massage therapy covered by my health insurance. I told him I had done physical therapy, and medications. All that seems to work is getting massages. So I got the referral from my regular doctor & got the paper work going so I could get weekly massages for my $35 co-pay. Once the insurance kicked in thing really changed. I had a hard time scheduling because I worked full time during the day, I was taking care of my dad who was sick w/ cancer & I also ran a part time pet sitting business. I'd leave message cancelling appointments on their voicemail. Then they'd call me & say I was late for appointments. Or I'd leave a message wanting to make an appointment & nobody would call me back. After my Dad passed I was able to go a bit more regularly. What got weird was I walked in the office & they are asking me ""Where is you pain? "" I didn't have any pain. I just wanted the knots out of my back & shoulders. They hooked me up to an electronic massager, then ultrasound, then only a half hour upper body massage, then they want me to get adjusted, then do physical therapy. After the 2nd time of going through an appointment like this - I was there for an hour & half & I had another appointment to go to. They got upset with me for having to leave. They never told me how long these appointment were going to take. This certainly wasn't the relaxing ""Me Time"" I had in mind when I signed up for this. They had me meet with the doctor & apparently they told him there was a scheduling conflict. He made it out that the scheduling was my fault! Because I wasn't able to stay for the 2+ hours on a Saturday or come in during the weekdays. After that I decided I wouldn't go back. I called a couple days later & left a voicemail cancelling my next scheduled appointment. They called me twice & left me messages to reschedule. The last one cracked me up "" We hope everything is okay & you haven't relapsed."" RELAPSED FROM WHAT?! I got really sick of the constant calls & finally had to put them on the call blocker on my phone - (it just hangs up on a phone # that's programmed). You think they'd get the hint right? THEY STARTED TEXT MESSAGING ME TO COME IN FOR AN APPOINTMENT!!!! That was all up to November 2011.They are STILL AT IT and wont leave me alone! I couldn't believe it when I found a letter in the mail from them yesterday!! It stated: "" I have received your case records and it is obvious that you have discontinued your care program. Of course I hope that you are doing well and will not suffer setbacks. Through we did not have the time necessary to relieve you of your symptoms, I feel that your condition would respond favorably to chiropractic. A percentage of symptoms and problems recur when corrective treatment is lacking and many problems then become chronic or return in still another form. It is my sincere hope that you are satisfied with the treatment you have received at my office and that every member of my staff has extended the utmost in courtesy and attention to you and your needs. Please remember that my door is always open and if you need us in the future please feel free to call. Best personal regards Dr. Tariq Ahmed"" OMG REALLY!? GO AWAY & Quit bothering me! Calling & texting me weren't enough!? Now you have to send a letter too? This clinic is obvious desperate for business & are the reason Chiropractors get a bad reputation. I have since been using a different Chiropractic clinic since November for ONLY Massages & they haven't pushed any thing else on me. I'm able to enjoy my ""ME TIME"". Stay clear of Roselle Chiropractic! They are like a monkey you cant get off you back! more
