Bad service 8/9/2008

We went out to eat here a few weeks ago. We sat there for a half an hour before the waitress even took our drink orders than she took our drink orders it took her ten min. to get us our drinks, so finally I told the manager about this and he nothing. So finally we got our check after waiting fourty min. just for our drink and the manager didn't take off any money off of the bill, and I will never go back there again more

Check the orders 10/27/2007

I asked many questions on how the combination plate works, and I clearly stated that that is what I wanted to order, but the waitress did not notify me for the extra orders outside of the combo plate. I confronted the manager for the mistake of not checking the order twice, and I guranteed the payment. However, I got no apology or any assurance like, ""this won't happen agian.."" All she did was just looking at my signature, ensuring that the food is paid. \r \r So check what you are ordering, and let the waitress confirms. Simple rule of taking order is I guess a little complicated there... Pros: easy parking Cons: no TV bad service lack of hospitality from the manager more

Best Japanese restaurant North of Boston - Maybe in the Boston entire area 3/16/2007

I have been to Blue Fin at least 20 times and I have never had anything but a excellent and fresh meal. The food is similar to what you might reasonably expect in a restaurant in Japan - truly high praise.\r \r The menu is diverse enough to allow people of all walks of life to be satisfied. They offer 5 or 6 styles of Japanese food ranging from great Sashimi to Tempura to Donburi to Yakatori. The Uni is fantastic which is always my touchstone for judging a good Japanese restaurant.\r Pros: Very Fresh Food more
