I was impressions by the thoroughness and knowledge demonstrated by the staff. They really have in-depth info on my car and really seemed genuinely interested in my welfare.

Honest and Trustworthy 12/16/2015

I have been a loyal customer of ROLFS Import Auto for 3+ years. Mark, the president is a stand up guy that will do everything in his power to ensure an excellent customer experience. The service managers he selects are top notch in particular Frisco Merrill. I was frequently updated with the status of my repair and felt confident in the recommendations he made. I would recommend this business to anyone that wants a excellent service at a honest price. I am so lucky that I found Rofl's 11/17/2015

Rofl's has the nicest car repair service I have ever used. They are very friendly, trusted and professional. My first visit Lakewood Rofl's was two weeds ago. My Mercedes' left headlight was died. They only replace the bulb for a very reasonable price. ( I went an other auto repair before I find them. They told me my car needs change both side of whole headlight set.) I tune back for my car's B service after two weeks of my first visit. They did very honest job. Only replaced(changed) what my car really needs. I would highly recommend Rofl's. They deserve more than 5 star. At the front desk, service advisor Dana Fink is a very elegant lady. Thank you and all your colleagues. Outstanding customer service! 8/31/2015

My last service with Rolf's Import Auto Service was a maintenance oil change. I just love that they are very thorough. When you come in, they know who you are. They communicate very well with what's going on with my car and have outstanding customer service! more

Always there for me and my old girl (Audi) 8/20/2015

I have the joy of owning a wonderful older Audi. I love this car. As it needs service, I can and have always been able to depend on Rolf's to assess the problem and repair it, quickly, affordably and honestly. I know I can trust what they say and I can trust the work the do. I do not know what I would do without them. Thank you guys for keeping my old girl running great! more

I have been a customer of Rolf's Import Auto Service for about 10 years. Mark Simons and his staff are very knowledgeable, friendly, and honest. Their waiting area is nice and overall it is a friendly place to go. The service is good and they get the work done when they say will. I have already recommended them, and would continue to do so. more

Great experience 7/23/2015

I have never taken my vehicle to a repair shop that I was more pleased with. The friendly and helpful person at the front desk (Peter) made me feel comfortable from the time I arrived. The price I was quoted for the work done was 1/3 less than what was quoted by the dealership and I got in one day from my initial call. This was my first visit to Rolf's but it certainly won't be my last. I will definitely be back. more

Great experience! 7/17/2015

Rolf's Import Auto Service fixed the air conditioner in my car and they did a very good job. I noticed a leak after getting my car back. It was not directly related to their service, but they went our of their way and fixed it for free anyway. The original quote they gave me for the work matched the price I needed. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I recommend Rolf's Import Auto Service for excellent service. more

They know their import cars. 6/5/2015

This was my first time using Rolf's Import Auto Service and I was really taken care of. When I arrived with a small issue on my car, they got me in, set me up with a rental car, took care of the problem, and helped me out with a small issue after the fact. They even added an additional warranty to one of the parts. If I need any repairs to my Mercedes in the future, I'm definitely going here. They are less expensive than the dealership and they do work that's just as good. more

Going way above and beyond expectations! 5/11/2015

Rolf's Import Auto Service has great customer service consultants! I have used them before, and I keep coming back because I have a European vehicle- a BMW- that needs to be maintained properly, and they are conveniently closer than the dealership. When you have a problem with a vehicle, they will tow the car within a certain mile radius. They have great customer service- the quality of the technicians' communication is superb. more

As always, a class operation. From the time you enter the door until your service is completed the staff kept me apprised continually. In fact after finding a complicated leak,thank you bmw, I opted to leave my car rather than make the extra trip. Rolfs solution, let us get you a car- at our expense to lessen the inconvenience. more

REPAIR OF ENGINE NOISE 3/4/2015

THE STAFF VERY FRIENDLY, ASKED THE RIGHT QUESTIONS ABOUT THE ISSUE WITH OR BMW 352XI. THE MOST IMPORTANT THINK WAS THEY LISTEN TO MY WIFE ON HOW SHE DESCRIBED THE NOISE TO THE ENGINE. THE INSPECTION WHICH WAS DONE FOUND A COUPLE OTHER ISSUES WHICH WERE TAKEN CARE OF. WE FEEL THE ROLF’s IS THE PLACE WE WILL TAKE OUR BMW. Customer care is phenomenal. 3/2/2015

I have been having Rolf's Import Auto Service service my car for just over two years now. They've done a variety of different services for me. Their customer care is like no other. Linda at the front desk always gives you a step-by-step explanation of what is being done to your car, and does it in a way in which you can understand. They make sure you understand what they're doing, and always give you a lowdown on the charges so there are no surprise fees. The way they care for your car and present it to you is great. They always do what they're supposed to, and make it easy to nurture a high level of trust with them. They're phenomenal, and I would highly recommend them!
