Definitely Would Recommend! 1/4/2019

I have been doing business with Rolf's Import Auto Service for many years. This last time I brought my vehicle into them I had them replace a full transmission. Everything turned out wonderfully. They have always been great to work with. I highly recommend them and will continue using Rolf's Import Auto Service. They are always very professional and courteous. Honest People 11/6/2018

Rolf's Import Auto Service did a number of things for me. They diagnosed a couple of problems with my BMW and then when they went in to do those repairs they realized a few other things needed to be fixed so they did that as well. I've worked with them in the past with a previous BMW I owned, which was why I went back to them. I don't really know how their pricing compares to others. BMWs are expensive cars, but it's cheaper than the dealer I can tell you that. They don't try to juice you. Mark is an honest guy with an honest crew, and that's what I like. more

Just Amazing!!! 11/3/2018

I’ve been taking my Range Rover to Rolf’s for a little over a year now, and I have nothing but positive experiences! Owning my vehicle was new to me and Rolf’s has always been very informative. They work tooth and nail for you and your vehicle to make sure they give great service! Going above and beyond for their customers is an under statement. I feel like family every time I walk in the door and being greeted by name is just awesome! I will definitely be a life customer with all my foreign vehicles! Highly recommend this place to ANYONE who wants amazing customer service with fair prices in a family environment! more

I have used Rolf's Import Auto Service several times. The most recent project they did for me was give me an oil change. They did a good job. They were very thorough. Rolf's Import Auto Service has good prices too. Their staff is honest, and that's very important! And if you want to get the job done, they'll get it done right. They were easy to schedule with, and they were easy to work with. They were polite and courteous as well. I would hire them again. I would recommend Rolf's Import Auto Service to my family and friends. more

Best decision I’ve ever made for car repair !! 9/30/2018

Peter and his team at the Fife store were amazing !! The consistent communication and dedication to problem solving was above and beyond , especially since I was out of town!! Even coming in to pick the car up was simple and customer service was fantastic ... and my car is purring again... highly recommend !! more

Friendly Service! 9/18/2018

Rolf's Import Auto Service recently did repairs on my BMW and serviced it as well. They also replaced a window on my other car. They took care of both issues promptly and efficiently. They were very knowledgeable and did the work professionally. Both cars were finished when they said they would be and the friendly service I received was a plus! more

Very Informative! Very Satisfying! 8/23/2018

I have used Rolf's Import Auto Service in the past for various reasons, but this time I needed a mirror replaced on my car, which is 30 years old. They really took the initiative in locating a mirror for me. They ordered the first one and when they received it found that it was not the correct one. They did not give up. They continued on until they found the correct mirror. Unbelievably this all took place within a three week time span. They painted the mirror to match my car, and it matched perfectly! I am absolutely thrilled with how well it turned out. They were terrific in keeping in contact with me about all of this process! I am very satisfied with the whole experience! I needed a shop to fix my Mercedes,Google shops in my area and based on reviews choose Rolfs and couldn't be happier. They fixed my car fast washed and vacuumed it and it's like a new car,thanks... 8/7/2018

My car was correctly repaired after several attempts by the BMW dealership. 8/6/2018

Rolf's diagnosed every problem within minutes, got back to me with my options in a timely manner, performed the service for less than the estimate and had my car ready when promised. Does it get any better than that? more

Rolf's is the best there is! 7/17/2018

I'm not one to write reviews but Rolf's Import Auto really deserves the positive feedback! I took my Mercedes to them for an oil change and 40k mile service. They did a great job and their pricing was very reasonable! I dropped it off in the morning, they drove me to work and it was ready for pick up by noon! A few weeks ago, my check engine light came on. I brought it back down to Rolf's where they diagnosed the problem. They had my car for about 2 weeks, as the issue was very labor extensive. They also had to wait on parts from Mercedes-Benz. During this time, they were great with keeping me up to date on my car. After doing my research, I found out that once again their pricing was very reasonable. The Mercedes dealer quoted me over double what they were charging me for the repairs. I worked with both John and Peter during this process and they were great to work with. Very knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me as I know nothing about cars. Rolf's is a very trustworthy company! They have earned another life long customer. I won't let anyone else touch my car for now on! more

Excellent, timely, and fair price. 6/27/2018

Don’t waste your time at Audi dealership. Rolf’s does better work for half the cost. Audi dealership left a broken piece of the timing belt guide in the belly pan (which Rolf’s removed and pointed out). The email inspection report with photos is above and beyond any service I’ve received anywhere else. Recommend without reservation. more
